Pre-paid orders for photographs are accepted on the following basis:

The responsibility for having photographs taken lies with the individual identified by the customer when placing the pre-order. Whilst Photolux Limited will endeavour to ensure that pre-orders are fulfilled, we will not be held responsible in the event that an individual fails to show. Refunds will not be issued where an individual has not presented themselves to be photographed at an event. The only exception to this is where we have received prior notice (no later than one hour before the commencement of the event) that an individual will not be in attendance. This notification may be in the form of a telephone call, facebook/Instagram message or an email using the email address given our website

Pre-orders are available until 3pm on the day of each event, this is to allow for staff travelling to the event, setting up and administration to fulfil pre-orders. Purchases can be made on the evening either by cash, card, apple and Google Pay.

If an Individual decides to leave the event before the pictures are printed and presented they will be left with a member of staff, if this isn't possible we will take them away. A postage and packaging fee must be paid for prior to them being sent to the address provided on the original pre-order.

If for any unforeseen reason that Photolux Limited cannot attend the event, a full refund will be issued.
